Send a test email

When sending emails using eGrow Connect, the email will not be sent from your personal email address, but rather from a generic eGrow Connect email address. You may want to run a test of this email before sending emails to customers or vendors. Here’s how you do a test.

1. Navigate to System Setup > System > Email Settings.
2. In the right pane, review and adjust the default settings.
3. In the Test Email box, enter an email address that will receive the test email.
4. Click Send Test.
