Create nursery goals

This is part of the Visual Dashboard Reporting Add-on Module.

You can set yearly sales goals for the nursery, individual sales reps, regions, customer types, and for individual farms.

    1. Navigate to system setup logo System Setup > Sales > Goal Setup.
    2. First, select a year for goal setting from the drop-down menu.
    3. Toggle to choose which type of goal you are creating.
    4. Click into each month and enter a sales goal for the items on the list, hit Enter after each to save the goal.

Where the lists come from​

  • Calendar Year: This will only ever have one item, the year selected in the drop-down box above.
  • Sales Rep: This list includes employees who are designated as Sale Reps. You can change the Sale Rep status of any employee in System Setup > Users & Permissions > Employees. Toggle the “Is a Sales Rep” button in the General Information tab for the employee.
  • Region: This list includes all the regions included in System Setup > Sales > Region. You can select which region a customer belongs to in the “Other Info” tab of a customer’s information.
  • Customer Type: This list includes all the customer types in System Setup > Sales > Customer Type. You can change the customer type in the “General” tab of a customer’s information.
  • Farm: This list includes all the active farms and location groups in System Setup > Inventory Tracking > Farm or Location Group.
