Email Settings

When sending emails using eGrow Connect, the email will not be sent from your personal email address but rather from a generic eGrow Connect email address. However you may set the From Name and Address that system emails appear to be from and Reply To address which should receive messages if an eGrow email recipient replies to a system email. The steps to configure these settings and send a test email are as follows.

  1. Navigate to system setup logo System Setup > System > Email Settings.
  2. In the right pane, review and adjust the default settings as needed.
  3. In the Test Email box, enter an email address that will receive the test email.
  4. Click Send Test.
