Loading Dock: Select a loading dock from the menu. All locations with location type set to Shipping will be included here. The little red truck icon can be used to auto-assign a location based on where the items will be pulled from.
Picked by: Enter or select the employee who picked these items.
Picked by note: You may enter a note here
Picking Time: Time spent picking the items on this load
Load date/time: Time and date of loading
Load Time (hours): Number of hours spent loading
Loaded by note: You may enter a note here about the load
Truck: Select a truck from the truck list for the shipment.
Footage Divisor: Number you provide that explains how many units you can load in a specified volume. Typically calculated as Truck Footage / Number of units that can fit on the truck = Footage Divisor.
Footage (sq.ft.): Square footage of the truck
# of Picks: Number of stops the truck will make to load items
Truck Cost: Amount paid for the truck service
Cost: The per foot truck cost based on the truck cost
Truck Arranged by: Party who arranged the truck
Arrival: Date/Time of arrival. You can click Now to enter the time as right now.
Departure: Date/Time of departure. You can click Now to enter the time as right now.
Select a broker and/or carrier from your broker list and/or carrier list or enter other information manually.
This tab is where you can add and adjust the orders that will be included on the Load.
Add orders to the load by clicking Add Orders in the taskbar.
Click and drag the orders to change the drop order
Add a pickup or drop location that is not associated with an open sales order by clicking Add Drop or Pickup in the taskbar.
Click the symbol to remove an order from the load
Click the to record the actual footage, weight, and freight cost and make notes about the shipping of this order.
After selecting an order, you can click Open Sales Order in the bottom of the right pane to view the order.
Note: Choosing to track picking and loading of items is optional, but once you start the tracking process, you will not be able to complete the load until all items have been marked as both picked and loaded.
In this tab you can see the progress of the pick as it is being recorded on mobile devices. You can also track the process on the desktop version.
In this tab you can also:
Click Pick All or Unpick All to change the picked quantities on the entire load.
Select an item then click Change Pick Location to reallocate where items will be picked from.
Click Export to Excel to send the pick list to a spreadsheet.
Tip: you can also print a picking ticket using Print in the taskbar.
In this tab you can see the progress of items being loaded as it is being recorded on the mobile application. You can also record loaded items here.
Note: Items must be marked as picked before they can be marked as loaded.
You can also:
Mark items as loaded by checking the box then clicking Update Loaded.
Toggle to view items already Loaded
Select a loaded item and click Remove Loaded to return it to the Not Loaded list.
