Void a credit memo

You can delete a credit memo if needed.

Note: You can only void an open credit memo. If you need to delete it, you must first unpost the credit memo. You can even unpost a credit memo that has already been transferred to Quickbooks.

1. Navigate to the open credit memo.
2. Click on Void Credit Memo in the taskbar.
3. Confirm your choice by clicking Yes.
