Reopen a completed master order
If you need to make changes to a master order after setting it as completed, you can follow the steps below.
- Navigate to
Sales, then 
Master Order. - Click to toggle the view to
Completed orders. - Find and double-click on the order you want to reopen.
- Click on
Set Open, then confirm your choice.
The colors to the left of the master orders indicate the following:
- Green: All the items are confirmed on sales orders
- Orange: Some of the items are confirmed on sales orders
- No Color: None of the items are confirmed yet on sales orders
