Print a credit memo

You can print a PDF or physical copy of a credit memo.

Note: Printing a credit memo does not post the order, it only creates a PDF document.

  1. Navigate to sales section icon Sales, then credit memo icon Credit Memo.
  2. Find the credit memo in the left pane list and double-click on it.
  3. Click on print icon Print in the taskbar and select report icon Credit Memo.
  4. A preview of the document will appear in the main window.
  5. Click on the print icon Print icon and select either Print to PDF or a local printer to print to.
