Use the Inventory Lookup tool

The inventory lookup tool is located in Sales > Inventory Lookup. It is designed to focus on the “On Hand” quantity of items less picked and committed to orders in order to be used by sales representatives for visibility on what is "Available" to sell. The information included here was selected to be the most useful information about inventory for sales purposes.

Note: Changes to inventory crops cannot be done here, only viewing. Changes must be made in the Inventory module.

The Summary view focuses on the total quantities of each item, while the Detail view includes individual crop information like Ready dates, Location, etc.
