Complete a master order

Master orders can be set as completed when all the released sales orders are posted.

Note: Master orders can not be set as complete if there are pending sales orders.

When a master order is set to completed the following will occur​

  1. The master order will be moved from the list of Open orders to the list of Completed orders in the taskbar.
  2. Any remaining items on the master order, confirmed or NA, will be set to ‘Cancel’ in the master order and no longer appear as MO committed in your inventory.

How to complete a master order​

  1. Navigate to your master order.
  2. Click on posted icon Set Complete in the taskbar.
  3. Confirm in the popup window by clicking Yes.
