Block items from returning to the inventory on a credit memo

By default, items added to a credit memo will NOT be returned to the inventory in eGrow Connect. If you want an inventory quantity returned to eGrow Connect when a credit memo is posted, you must indicate which items will be returned in the credit memo.

  1. Navigate to your credit memo.
  2. In the right pane, where your credit memo is showing, find the Main View tab in the item detail area.
  3. Find the “Return to Inventory” column and click the default No to check the box and change the column to say “Yes”. Items with a “Yes” in this column will be returned to the inventory in eGrow Connect when the credit memo is posted.
