Add a pre-payment requirement on a sales order

For some orders, you may want to require a percentage of the order cost to be paid up front. In eGrow Connect you can calculate and reflect this prepayment in the sales order.

  1. Navigate to the sales order.
  2. Enter the percentage of the order total in the “PrePay Req’d” field.
  3. Once paid, you can enter the amount in the “Amount Prepaid” field.

Note: amounts entered here will not reflect in Quickbooks, but just reflects to the customer that you have received their prepayment and deducts from the “Total Due” amount on the order.
