Create an invoice
The word “invoice” is used in different ways throughout the nursery industry. At eGrow Connect, we understand an invoice to be a list of items with the sum due for those items, similar to a bill.
After you have created a sales order in eGrow Connect, you may print and/or email a sales order report, but this is not the same as creating an invoice as it will not yet be transferred to QuickBooks for accounting. The invoice is created when the sales order is posted.
After posting a sales order or credit memo, you still need to manually move these invoices to the Quickbooks queue before they will transfer over into the accounting software at the next sync.
