Void a return

This is part of the Purchasing Add-on Module

You can void a return to remove it from eGrow Connect. You can only void an open return, not a posted return. Voided returns can not be accessed after voiding.

  1. Navigate to purchasing icon Purchasing, then purchase order return icon Return.
  2. Select the return to void from the list in the left pane.
  3. Click on void icon Void Return in the taskbar.
  4. Enter a reason in the popup window, then click Void.
