Mobile App: Shift Transaction

You can complete a Shift transaction to adjust quantity from one item size to another in your inventory.

  1. Search for the crop you want to adjust by using either Inventory by Location or Search Inventory.
  2. Tap on the list item to see the item’s detail view.
  3. For a Shift transaction, you will fill out the following:
    • Shift From Qty: Enter the quantity to reduce the item size you're shifting From
    • Qty: Enter the quantity to increase the item size you're shifting To
    • Shift To: Select the item size shifting To
    • Ready: Estimated date this crop will be ready to sell
    • Location: Physical place where items shifted to are located
    • Bed: Sublocation within the Location (i.e. section, lateral, sprinkler #, etc.)
    • Cost: Dollar value of the item size being shifted To; if Growing Cost is specified in the Item Sizes Library, that amount will be populated here by default, but you can override that cost if needed
    • Customer (optional): Select a specific customer to allocate this crop to
    • Reason (optional): Select a reason for shifting
    • Spacing Type (optional): "P2P" mans pot to pot, can tight; "S" means spaced
    • Notes (optional): Various notes, if any, about the shifted crop
    • Grade (optional): Denotes the quality of the crop
  4. Tap in the top right corner.
  5. Tap Shift option to finalize the transaction. Changes will be reflected immediately in all versions of eGrow Connect.
