Use Quick Adjust to update inventory

Quick Adjust allows you to perform smaller changes to an entire crop such as changing the ready date, adding a comment, or updating the crop’s grade.

Tip: In Quick Adjust you can only make changes to entire crops. If you want to make changes to a portion of the crop, it must be done as part of a Dump, Move, or Shift transaction.

  1. Navigate to Inventory Icon Inventory, then Inventory Adjustments Icon Inventory Adjustments.
  2. Use the search bars to search for the items to adjust.
  3. Click once in the row of the crop you want to adjust.
  4. Make the desired changes to editable columns and hit Enter.

Changes you can make using Quick Adjust​

  • On Availability: A yes designation identifies that a crop is ready to be sold and should be listed on the availability
  • Ready: Estimated date this crop will be ready for sale
  • Location: Location of the crop within the nursery
  • Bed: More specific bed location
  • Customer: Requires the Purchasing Add-On and used to select a customer who has reserved the entire crop
  • Spacing Type: P2P means pot to pot, can tight; S means spaced
  • Comments: Add notes about the crop
  • Prod. Comments: Production notes about the plants
  • Grade: Indicate quality of the crop
