Create an Availability

Availabilities are created to inform customers what items are currently available and ready for purchase. eGrow provides templates to create customized availabilities for different customer groups, like landscapers or garden centers.

Tip: You can also create a Photo Availability which includes images of each plant and exported as a PDF document.

  1. Navigate to Inventory Icon Inventory, then view availability icon Availabilities.
  2. Select an availability template from the drop-down menu. You can add or update availability template names or titles in System Setup.
  3. Click on the "Set Filter for..." tab and confirm or adjust the filter settings for the availability.
  4. Review the availability by clicking view availability icon View Availability.
  5. Click sheet icon Export to Excel in the bottom left to send the availability list to an Excel sheet.

Note: The output of the availability template (i.e. column content, column order, etc.) is customized to the required specification at the time when a nursery becomes an eGrow customer. What you see displayed on screen is what will be exported to Excel.
