Commission Setup

eGrow Connect allows for setting individual default percentage based commissions by sales rep. The following steps outline the setup process.

1. Navigate to Sales then Commissions.
2. Click on Setup Commissions.
3. In the list of active Employees that are marked as sales reps, click on the name of the rep you wish to setup.
4. Set the Commission Percent value which will apply to all orders for the sales rep directly.
5. If the rep is to earn commission on orders from other sales reps, enable the slider for each additional rep as needed. For example, a sales rep may earn 3% for their own orders while a sales manager may earn 1% commission for all orders by his or her direct reports.
