Highlights​

New Feature: Master Pick (Shipping > Master Pick)​

  • Consolidate one or more orders or filter by order category, size, customer type, location, division, ship method - into a single batch.
  • Print pull tags for the batch, either one tag per crop or multiple tags based on shipping units.
  • Print product or order labels/tags for selected items and quantities.
  • Print master pick tickets by division.
  • Print consolidated summary
  • Change pick location directly from the master pick batch.
  • Quick view of related sales order from the master pick batch.

Improvements​

Portal​

  • Master Item/Item Sizes: Added the ability to control whether a Master Item or specific Item Size is displayed in the Online Portal.
  • Portal Settings: Added an internal configuration option to display all item sizes in portal availability regardless of on‑hand quantity, instead of filtering based on the availability template. Please contact support if this option is needed.
  • Settings > General: Added a new setting to control how master order committed quantities are deducted from available quantity - either using all committed quantities or only quantities committed to ready dates.
  • Settings > Item Options: Added a new option to turn additional product images on or off when zooming or viewing additional info.

Inventory​

  • Availability Comments: Renamed Comments to Note1. Added two additional crop notes fields - Note2 and Note3 for each crop.
  • Production Comments: Renamed Prod Comments to ProdNote1. Add two additional production notes, ProdNote2 and ProdNote3 for each crop.
  • Other Notes: Added three other notes - NoteOther1, NoteOther2, NoteOther3 for each crop.
  • Landscape Quality: Added LS (yes/no) to track landscape quality per crop.
  • Transaction Log: Changes to availability notes (Note1, Note2, Note3) and production notes (ProdNote1, ProdNote2, ProdNote3) are now tracked in the inventory transaction log when inventory adjustment transactions are made.
  • System Setup > Inventory Tracking > Notes: Notes can now be user defined for Note1, Note2, ProdNote1, and ProdNote2.
  • Company Pref. > Inventory: Added a preference to restrict Note1, Note2, ProdNote1, and ProdNote2 to the defined master list.

Sales​

  • Master Order Excel Export: Added a line# sequence column to the master order Excel export.

Purchasing​

  • Purchase Order > Print: A new form is now available for blind bill of lading.

Reports​

  • Customer List by Ship To: Added columns for "Apply discount to line items" for both bill to defaults and ship to.

Bug fixes​

  • Mobile image upload: Fixed an issue on Android where the camera option was missing from the upload dialog, allowing only selection from existing photos. Users can now take a new photo directly.
  • Mobile image upload: Fixed a low memory error that caused the app to return to the home screen when taking or uploading several photos across multiple crops. Upload resources are now released after each photo instead of accumulating.
  • Email Log: Fixed an issue where timestamps for delivered or opened emails were displaying in UTC. They now show in the local timezone.
  • Customer History: Fixed an issue where the Balance column was not sorting correctly.
